bullet There will be no Thai Kickboxing Class Thursday, August, 14th. 

 

bullet Last Demonstration of the year is here!!  Demonstrations are a lot of fun and earn extra tickets for the Summer Attendance Contest. Please sign up and support the school.

 

bullet Monday, August 18th, CrusierFest at Craig’s Cruisers. No regular evening classes.
bullet Each attendee will earn an extra 25 tickets.
bullet Sign-up sheets are in the lobby.

 

bullet Back to School is coming-Summer Kid’s 11am class will run through August 16th.

 

bullet Labor Day Holiday Hours-Closed:

 

bullet Closed Saturday, August 30th-Monday, September 1st. Regular classes resume-Tuesday.

 

bullet T-shirt weather is here! You may wear an East West Karate t-shirt in place of your GI top.

 

bullet Please note Stripe and Test requirements. If you do not meet ALL requirements, you will not be allowed to test. BROWN BELTS MUST TEST FOR STRIPES DURING THE MONTHLY BELT TEST.

 

bullet Stripe/Belt Pre-Testing August 11th-16th. 
bullet You must:
bullet Attend 8 + days during the month
bullet Kids bring in a signed Intent to Promote form.
bullet Adults bring in Lessons in Mindfulness assignment.
bullet Account must be current.
bullet Be on time for the class in which you are testing.

 

bullet Belt Testing-Saturday, August 23rd@ 10:00am.
bullet All of the above requirements apply.
bullet Bring a friend/family to graduation to witness your achievement.
bullet Formal GI is needed.
bullet Be prepared to remove your GI top for Sanchin.
bullet Testing for Green Belt and above-you will be sparring-bring your gear.
bullet No Regular Classes. No Regular Thai Kickboxing at Noon.

 

o   Training in Street Clothes-Firday, August 22nd
